As S&A’s Chief Executive Officer, Maiser is responsible for implementing the overall vision and goals of the company. He works hard to live up to the personal promise he makes to clients, employees, vendors, and all S&A’s stakeholders: “When Maiser is here, have no fear.”
Maiser is originally from Nazareth, and joined S&A in 2001 after practicing corporate law in DC and working as a banker in Jerusalem. He received his BA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA/JD from the University of Georgia.
Maiser and his wife, Lee Ann, live in Suwanee and have three children. He is a huge soccer fan and tries never to miss a Real Madrid or World Cup game.

As Project Director of S&A, Michael is responsible for business development, the overall assignment, monitoring and control of the workflow of the company, as well as PM coaching and training, jobsite safety, and overall client satisfaction.
Michael joined S&A in 2001 having worked in the field since 1995. Prior industry experience includes project manager positions at Frazee, Inc. and Digney York Associates. He received his BFA from SUNY at Buffalo, his MBA from Georgia State University in 2019 and is Green Belt certified in Lean Six Sigma.
Michael lives in Suwanee with his wife Carly and their combined five children. When not working, he enjoys playing music (guitar, piano, drums) and watching his children grow.

As Chief Financial Officer of S&A, JC is responsible for the company’s financial planning and reporting, accounting, budgeting, cash management, insurance, human resources, tax, and he manages the company’s banking relationships.
JC joined S&A in 2016 from GE Capital’s Sponsor Finance Group. He has his BA from Lafayette College and his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
JC and his wife, Stephanie, live in Suwanee with their two sons. When not watching his sons play hockey, soccer or lacrosse, JC likes to work on his golf game.

As he continues to further his career in the hospitality industry, Jason considers himself a “lifer” of S&A. As a young boy, Jason recalls climbing mountains of carpet at the family’s original warehouse and walking jobsites on the weekends with his father and uncles. Carrying the business into future generations has been a vision he’s had for years.
An honors graduate from Georgia State University, Jason has played a role in all facets of S&A Industries; from warehouse employee, job-site labor, superintendent to his current role as project manager. Jason oversees projects from the pre-bidding stages to closeout. Over the past three years, Jason has shown the ability to foster new client relationships and help with the business expansion.
If he isn’t spending time with his family and loved ones, you can catch Jason at a major sporting event or learning new cultures while sightseeing the world.

As Project Manager at S&A, Lewis is responsible for preparing for and executing renovation projects. As a former Army Officer, real estate enthusiast, and experienced Construction Project Manager, Lewis utilizes his background and experience to assemble successful teams and plans to complete some of S&A’s most challenging projects. Since leaving the Army as a senior Captain in 2003 for family stability, Lewis has worked to renovate everything from simple single-family rental refreshes (paint, carpet) to entire apartments complexes and resorts and hotels with more extensive construction elements, including new build structures.
On the rare occasion when he’s not working, Lewis spends time with his wife, Liane, two adult daughters, a grandson, and following college football in the fall. As if the challenges faced in his work life weren’t enough, he holds a Patent for a product he’s invented, The Toilet TrapCap, a Private Pilots’ License, SCUBA license, undergraduate business degree from University of Arizona in MIS (1994), an MBA (2013) from Georgia State University, and continues to acquire real estate.

Hank began his career in the construction industry after serving in the United States Air Force. Through hard work and dedication, he advanced from laborer to Director of Construction for a nationwide hotel brand, where he successfully oversaw large-scale renovations at more than 180 properties across the country. Hank’s extensive experience across various trades and roles within the construction industry has given him a comprehensive understanding of the entire construction process and a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients.
In 2024, Hank joined S&A as a Project Manager. For each project he is assigned to, he leads daily project operations and personnel, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. His personal goal is to consistently exceed client expectations and deliver the highest quality outcomes in every project he oversees.
Outside of work, Hank enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf, and cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning during the NHL season.

As Operations Manager of S&A, Michael is responsible for warehousing, logistics, and procurement. Michael joined S&A as a Project Manager in 2008 after 14 years of experience in Hotel Operations Management and Hotel Renovation Project Management. Prior industry experience includes hotel operations management with Hyatt in Denver and Los Angeles, Intrawest at Copper Mountain Colorado, and Plumpjack in Napa as well as project management with Frazee, Inc. Michael enjoyed 4 years at University of Colorado Boulder pursuing his degree in Marketing.
Michael lives in Suwanee with his wife Lara and their two rambunctious rescued dogs. When not working, Michael enjoys hiking and photography.

Colleen is a Procurement Agent at S&A. She assists with negotiating vendor pricing and is also responsible for sourcing products, preparing pricing for bid packages, overseeing the quality of goods, and confirming contractual terms are met for each project.
Her work experience focused on residential renovations and new home construction finish selections from start to finish; including consultations, estimating, and ensuring the installation was finished properly/to the client’s satisfaction. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior & Environmental Design from Illinois State University.
Colleen lives in Sugar Hill with her husband Andy and daughter Haley. In addition to watching Haley cheer for youth football, she enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and ice skating with Haley.

Mo joined S&A in 2024 as an Assistant Project Manager. He takes considerable pride in filling the gaps when working closely with our Project Managers and other members of the team to provide support throughout the course of our projects. Mo prides himself on having a good eye for detail and excellent communication skills and has a strong financial background. Mo has been around the family business his entire life and worked on projects in the field throughout his high school and college years.
Mo brings a Bachelor of Business Administration to the table in Marketing & Operations Management from the University of Michigan. “Go Blue!”
When Mo is not working from our home office or on site at a project, he enjoys spending time with his family. He has two sons and one daughter. Traveling, landscaping, and working around his house are just a few ways he spends his time outside of work.

Kimberly is a Procurement Agent at S&A. She graduated from The Florida State University College of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Kimberly’s primary focus is negotiating optimal pricing strategies with vendor partners as well as assistance and logistical support for the project management and warehousing teams. She is responsible for sourcing products, preparing pricing for bid packages, and overseeing supplier-related performance to ensure the quality of goods and contractual terms are met.
A native Floridian, with a love for water, she enjoys outdoor activities with her three college-aged daughters. Paddle boarding, kayaking and hiking are among her favorite activities.

Holly joined S&A in 2018, after having previously working in both hospitality and residential construction in roles in procurement and project management. As Assistant Project Manager, Holly’s responsibilities start in the pre-construction phase supporting the bid and buyout process. As the project progresses, Holly supports the project manager in the day- to-day execution of the project in coordinating logistic and material needs.
Holly lives in Cumming with her two sons and in her spare time enjoy spending time with her family and friends and kayaking on the lake.

After 24 years of hotel operations management and most recently as General Manager in the Marriott Classic Select brands, Yvonne joined S&A in 2023. Throughout her career she opened a new build property and completed many renovations from an operator’s point of view. Some of which were completed by S&A allowing her to experience first hand S&A’s culture and relational approach to partnerships as the client.
As an Assistant Project Manager at S&A, Yvonne utilizes her unique perspective on the project execution, understanding the needs of the property, owner and general contractor while working closely with the Director of Projects and Procurement in planning and overseeing projects from the bidding stage through close out. All while fostering great client relationships.
Yvonne was born and raised in Germany and speaks fluent German. Outside of work Yvonne enjoys exploring new destinations & cultures, painting, and spending time outdoors hiking, paddleboarding & snowboarding.

Fernanda is an Assistant Project Manager at S&A. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Kennesaw State University where she developed a strong foundation in design and construction processes.
As APM, Fernanda works closely with Project Managers to ensure that deadlines, budget and quality standards are being made while maintaining clear communication with clients and contractors.
Outside of her professional life, Fernanda loves traveling, dancing and spending quality time with her family and her chihuahua Chavito.

When not at work, Savannah enjoys spending time with family and her German Shepherd, Billie.

As Office Manager, Heather is the “go-to” person at S&A. She is responsible for all project billing and cost reports for the project management team. She also works closely with the accounting department in assisting them. Heather has been part of the S&A family for over fourteen years, coming on board in April 2006. She has a vast knowledge of S&A operations, and has built positive relationships with both our clients and vendors. From facilitating communication and productivity within the office to assisting our clients with questions, Heather is driven and focused on helping others. Outside of the office, Heather’s focus is on her two children, cats and dog. When she has free time she enjoys playing tennis or running.
